Valerie Zabinski is a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience, specializing in CranioSacral Therapy and Mercier Therapy for both fertility and non-fertility clients. Her work is deeply rooted in a holistic, trauma-informed approach to reproductive and pelvic health. Valerie is passionate about supporting women through all stages of their reproductive journey—from conception and pregnancy to postpartum integration—helping them reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom. Her nurturing presence and intuitive touch create a safe space for deep healing, balance, and embodied wellness. Valerie also provides therapeutic massage for anyone seeking support for general wellness, stress relief, or injury recovery. Valerie was drawn to this work through her own fertility journey. She is currently a teaching assistant and student with the Upledger Institute, where she continues to deepen her knowledge of CranioSacral Therapy. She also leads book clubs focused on postpartum healing and motherhood, creating meaningful spaces for connection and reflection in community. She currently see clients in her home studio in the Heights and will travel for in home sessions for specific clients.Business Hours

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
